OR 120

The temperature is adjustable by mean of a thermostat. Orange Peels and Water waste Container: The waste material produced by the squeezing and cleaning process is discharged into two containers. The waste containers are capable of holding peels and pulp from a full load an the water from a complete cleaning. Cup Dispenser: The cup dispenser is an automatic device that will accept plastic cups with an upper rim diameter of 70 millimetres, 120 cups capacity. On request the machine can be equipped with dispenser for 73 mm. or 78 mm. cups. Fruit Storage Unit: This unit has a capacity of 50 kg. of oranges. It is composed by two layers with conveyor belts, in order to avoid fruit damaging through compression. The unit is refrigerated, and the fruit can be seen through a "looking glass" window adding assurance to the buying experience. The storage unit is mounted on sliding guides, in order to be easily extracted for cleaning and orange loading. Sanitising an Self Cleaning The OR 120 is provided with an advanced cleaning and sanitising system, assuring that the orange juice has been produced in a totally hygienic enviroenment. The squeezing unit is automatically rinsed every hour or after 10 juices, utilizing strong pressure water jets. It is also programmed to carry out a full cycle of cleaning and sanitising which lasts 5 minutes. The waste water container can be completely extracted for cleaning. OR M30 vending The OR M30 vending is a smaller version of our OR 120 vending. It can dispense 30 cups of freshly squeezed juice with a full load. It is ideal for small stores and any kind of establishments where customer care is important. The fruit magazine is contained in the upper part of the machine, in a refrigerated section. The fruit is refrigerated in order for the consumer to get a fresh orange juice. The temperature of the whole cabinet can be settled between 2 and 7 degrees Celsius. The waste material of the juicing and cleaning process is discharged into a trash container lined with a plastic trash bag. The waste collection unit has the capacity of a full load of oranges and waste water from full cleanings. It has a capacity of 40 litres. The OR M30 vending machine contains a refrigeration unit that provides adequate cooling to keep the interior of the machine between +5 and +8 degrees Centigrade.
