OR 100
The OR 100 is a vending machine that serves chilled orange juice squeezed to order. It is a coin operated juicer equipped with the revolutionary squeezing unit used in the Oranfresh® Orangenius extractor. The OR 100 processes chilled oranges with extreme efficiency. Once activated, this refrigerated vending unit will cut and squeeze oranges then fill a 200 cc. cup with fresh chilled juice in a few seconds. This model can dispense 100 cups with a full load. The juice is of the highest possible quality, free of bitter peel oil and excess pulp. This OR 100 incorporates a highly advanced, fully automated, cleaning and sanitizing system into its operations, assuring the end user that the orange juice dispensed has been produced in a totally hygienic environment. The unit is automatically rinsed after each cup of juice is dispensed utilizing strong pressure water jets which eliminate residual pulp.

Squeezing Process: The Oranfresh® OR 100 is equipped with the most reliable and advanced juicing system available on the market. The patented squeezing process allows the production of freshly squeezed juice, free of bitter peel oil and excess of pulp.
Refrigeration Unit: The OR 100 is equipped with a refrigeration unit that provides cooling, able to rapidly reach and maintain a temperature between +5 and +8 degrees Celsius. The temperature is adjustable by mean of a thermostat.
Orange Peels and Water Waste Container: The waste material produced by the squeezing and cleaning process is discharged into two containers. The waste containers are capable of holding peels and pulp from a full load an the water from a complete cleaning.
Fruit Storage Unit: This unit has a capacity of 50 kg. of oranges. It is composed by two layers with conveyor belts, in order to avoid fruit damaging through compression. The unit is refrigerated, and the fruit can be seen through a "looking glass" window adding assurance to the buying experience. The storage unit is mounted on sliding guides, in order to be easily extracted for cleaning and orange loading.
Sanitising an Self Cleaning: The OR 100 is provided with an advanced cleaning and sanitising system, assuring that the orange juice has been produced in a totally hygienic enviroenment. The squeezing unit is automatically rinsed utilizing strong pressure water jets. It is also programmed to carry out a full cycle of cleaning and sanitising which lasts a few minutes. The waste water container can be completely extracted for cleaning. The sanitising process utilizes bactericide to provide total hygienic protection.
